[Replace a wiper]

Answer
  Even after you replaced the wiper, yet not performed [WIPER REPLACE], the error “Replace a WIPER” is still showing. This is because the internal unit counts the number of wiping, and performing the [WIPER REPLACE] resets the counted number.
Note
  In fact, you can perform printing if not replacing the wiper. But it may ruin your print heads and we recommend earlier replacement for better maintenance.

[！Waste Tank]
Answer
  This means the ink in the waste ink tank reached a certain amount. * The amount of ink gathered in the waste ink tank is measured. Immediately dispose of the ink and reset the count.
1.Remove the waste ink tank, dispose of the waste ink (e.g., to a separate container), then remount it.
2.Execute the “Ink Tank Exchange” menu.
Note
* The counter is only reset when the menu is executed. For the operating procedure, see “Operation Manial” -> “Maintenance” -> “Other Maintenance Functions” -> ” Ink Tank Exchange”
* While this message is displayed, the operations set in the sleep setting and regular setting are not executed.

[! Wash Liquid END]
Answer
  This means the cleaning solution in the cleaning cartridge set on the back (*left top on the back of the main unit) ran out. Like for a color ink, please order the maintenance cleaning cartridge and replace it.

  For SS21 ink, “MILD SOLVENT WASHING LIQUID”: SPC-0294 For Sb52 ink, “Cleaning Liquid Cartridge”: SPC-0259.
The Cleaning liquid set on the back is used for the following purpose:
Pump tube washing [Sleep or regular setting]
Pump tube washing

[! Confirm a waste tank]
Answer
  The CJV30 monitors the accumulated amount of waste ink. When the total reaches a specified amount in the tank, the machine displays a confirmation message on the LCD panel.
Note
Waste ink tank is nearly full if [Continue < > Exchange] is indicated 
Press “>” key to select “Exchange”, and follow the procedure to drain the waste ink into a proper waste ink disposal system. Press “Enter” key. (The amount of discharged ink is reset) *When [Continue] is selected, the amount of discharged ink is not reset. In this case, returning to Local will display the message of [ ! Waste Tank ].
Waste ink is really full if [ Exchange :ent ] message is displayed
Press “Enter” key to select “Exchange”, and follow the procedure to drain the waste ink into a proper waste ink disposal system. Press “Enter” key. (The amount of discharged ink is reset).
